As we approach the first strike day, a lot is happening on our organizing side. Please stay tuned for essential information that will be coming your way in the next few days!
In the meantime, we urgently need you to complete the following actions—each takes less than 5 minutes:
RSVP NOW – August 15th is 7 days away. We can only send a strong message to OHSU with you on the strike line. Postdocs who complete 20 hours on the strike line or assist with strike support are eligible for strike hardship funds.
SIGN NOW – this petition calls on OHSU to retract their recent attempt to intimidate international postdocs!
Report – any suspicious conversations from faculty supervisors or admin to [email protected]
Asking you to self-report your intention to strike or not.
Confusing or negative impacts to your employment or visa.
Obligations to do work that crosses the strike line (it is the OHSU’s responsibility to find coverage for your work.
Become a member – Only members are eligible for strike hardship funds and can vote on the contract.
